An inclusive business means better customer experience, a wider customer base and a positive impact on the economy.  About 18 per cent of Victorians have a disability, while not all people with disability may experience barriers to accessibility, many could benefit from a fully accessible environment, where all consumers can easily access premises, goods and services.
